Many of you know that there is tons and tons of spam floating around the internet. From kings or princes in some African country that has tons of money and wants to share it with you, or whether it's cheap drugs/viagra/cialis, your email box becomes full of it overnight. This is why email providers (such as Hotmail/Live, Yahoo, Gmail/Google, etc) invented the "Junk Mail" box and attempt to filter junk email to that box so you don't see it in your inbox. That's fine and dandy, but with the changing technologies on the web, spammers are getting smarter.

Drupal just released their newest version, version 6.0.

The other day I was reading an article on The Techrepublic, and in the article, the guy was talking about the proper pronunciation on certain tech-terms in use today.

Drupal recently release some new updates to fix some security vulnerabilities, so I recommend anyone who is running Drupal to go check to see if they need to update/upgrade.

I was browsing digg.com today (as I usually do) and I stumbled upon this little gem of a submission/article: http://www.digg.com/tech_news/Why_Digg_is_Blocked. Upon viewing the page, it turns out that the owner of the site has decided to BLOCK digg.com, Netscape, Redit and StumbleUpon because, get this, users openly endorse Ad Block Plus, a plug-in that blocks advertisement on web sites

So apparently Drupal is the best CMS ever, and I must say IT IS! It has all the functionality that one would expect from a CMS. It has default modules installed, which keep Drupal up and running nicely and efficiently. It does have a bit of a steep learning curve to figure out what is going on, but that steep learning curve is quickly overcome.

Google Analytics is awesome, it keeps track of all visitors to your site, and how long there were on your site, and which pages they viewed on their site.
